1.Open openIV, find x64e.rpf and open it.
2. Enter levels, then enter gta5 and then enter vehicles.rpf.

4. Open the game and use the menyoo modifier to modify the license plate to the replacement North Yankton license plate.
5. Use the menyoo modifier to remove the words of the license plate and type a space.
