Replace Method
1. Open Open IV
2. Turn on "Edit mode"
3. Go to:
Then open "police3.ytd" in gta5 \ mods \ update \ x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Replace texture "UV TEMP.dds" by Unzip the file and insert it all.
4. Close Open IV
