This is one of the police cars found in the county of Lincolnshire in the UK. I couldn't find the exact model of the real car but this was the closest one, courtesy of BritishGamer88

Instructions
1. Open OpenIV and open GTA V - Windows
2. Navigate to update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
3. Make sure you are in EDIT MODE
4. Click the green add sign
5. Add all the files in the mod pack (.ytd and .yft)
6. Close OpenIV and start GTA V!!
