The paint I uploaded for the KJ2000/Beriev A50 works for the IL-76
Additional paint for the IL-76 for India, Iran, PLAAF and Russia.
For IL-76 in the Civil pack, or the stand alone IL-76

https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/il-76m-add-on-replace
Once installed with their instructions, open the dlc.rpf with OpenIV
Follow this path to the file to overwrite:
...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\civil\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\civilvehicles.rpf\
If you wish to retain the original liveries, while in OpenIV, extract the file il76.ytd. I typically extract the original .ytd to the same folder as the dlc.rpf and rename it to origil76.ytd.
Just to confirm the livery, I'd click on the il76.yft or il76_hi.yft file to open the OpenIV Model Viewer to see what the model will look like with the new livery.
Once satisfied, close the model viewer and run GTAV and spawn globe with the trainer of your choice.
In case you'd like to add your own paint, I've included my work file in case you'd like to use that as a starting point for your own paint.
Enjoy,
Gillman
