Hey bro,this is a new chinese plate.Is change to North Yankton plate.
Install:
You need Open IV first.
Go x64e.rpf first and go level Folder again.
And go to gta5 Folder and go vehicles.rpf.
Find 'vehshare.ytd' and get in.
Find a plate,name is:yankton plate,yankton plate-n
And replace them.Don't worry normal map.It's fine.
Enjoy!
