This is U.S Army livery for the Range Rover Evoque mod by Game68240.
You will need the Range Rover Evoque Mod.

Once the texture is added to the game you can spawn in the baller which will have the Livery. If you wish
to use the non-textured version spawn in using the name 'evoque'.
MAKE SURE TO INSTALL THE MOD LINKED ABOVE BEFORE DOING THIS
1- Open up 'OpenIV'
2- Go to > Path: GTA5/mod/x64e.rpf/level/gta5/vehicles.rpf
3- Find and double click on 'Baller.ytd'
4- Find the texture named: template and look for the button 'Replace'
5- Replace the 'template' with the 'army.png'
6- Save and exit
