@nimabi11214 .......hi bro.....Actually, I expected someone to ask me this question. I'll try to explain how I got the map and its contents. First of all, you need to download from here:
1) https://www.gtainside.com/en/gta5/maps/157789-cayo-perico-map-add-on-v3-4/
2) https://it.gta5-mods.com/scripts/flight-to-cayo-perico
3) https://it.gta5-mods.com/maps/bridge-cayo-perico-fivem-sp
From 1 you must install: Cayo Perico South (original location) OIV. This you install it automatically and right after installation head to the GTA 5 root folder and you will see that there will be two files (CayopericoS.asi and Cayostartpoint.asi) that you will need to delete!! ....... the only ones to be deleted!! Then place the folder containing the dlc (cayoperic) in the path dlcpacks. From 2 (although you'll notice that it says it's out of date) install the .asi file and the txt file in the GTA 5 directory.
Don't consider for now the optional folder that you will find inside the zip file, if everything goes well you will use it to install the files contained inside later, after making sure that the mod works.
From 3 you can install the bridge (as I did as it enriches the contents of Cayo Perico) by following the instructions contained in it.

@DaveRock76 Thank you so much for your reply, it was very clear, but the mod doesnt work for me Idk why, i have latest scripthook or dotnet, i have the bridge, i do see the mini map, i see some trees and lights some flowing boat, but the island it just missing, once i get to the end of the bridge i fall into water, any idea bro?

I think you can use cw to create scenario files in ymt format, if you know how. This allows for natural generation of characters without affecting computer performance.

@JoyLucien.....hi bro.....The truth, you must know, is that it's really very little time that I've been dabbling in modifying GTA... It took me a while just to figure out what you were referring to when you wrote "cw"..... But I get it. <Item>dlcpacks:/mpheist4</Item>/ <Item>dlcpacks:/cayoperico/</Item>
<Item>dlcpacks:/cp/</Item>
Then I recommend you to install No Boundary Limits (https://it.gta5-mods.com/scripts/no-boundary-limits-unknown-modder) I also recommend you, the first time, to go to Cayo Perico from the airport so as to generate the mod itself...

@DaveRock76 what is <Item>dlcpacks:/cp/</Item>, i dont have a "cp" folder in my dlcpack, and i have the other two, if is still didnt work guess no luck for me bro :(

@DaveRock76 Because I saw that your other modules replaced the interior textures of the building, I thought you were using codewalker to find the file path. If it's not codewalker, how do you find his texture path?

@nimabi11214, Though this an old thread if you don't want to go through all those steps, the easiest way is to either use 'Simple Trainer's Teleports'. With ST you can load Cayo separately or with San Andreas. Only drawback is; you'll have to do so everytime you load the game. The other way is to use 'Enhanced Native Trainer'. In the 'World' menu there is the option to 'load Cayo with map' so it loads in with SA when you start the game. It has everything except the hangar interior (unless they fixed that in the latest vers.)

Duuuude i've always been waiting for someone to implement stuff from online into singleplayer, would really be nice to see the casino, the car meet and other interiors with populated like this, hope to see more like this in the future.
