This release introduces a major prop expansion with new custom assets, stronger scene composition, and improved visual realism across the Sandy Motel construction area.
Important Notice
Some features such as traffic paths, AI node behavior, and certain map interactions may not function correctly in Singleplayer.
Features
New Custom Props
- Added new custom game props to improve construction detail, roadside clutter, and site realism throughout the motel area.
- Includes custom prop work contributed by PNWParksFan and BzZzi.
Iron Scrap Assets
- Added custom iron scrap props by BzZzi to create more believable debris zones, junk piles, and industrial clutter.
- These additions help the construction site feel more active, worn, and naturally filled out.
Traffic Signs and Barricades
- Added traffic signs, barricades, and work-zone props by PNWParksFan to improve roadwork staging and blocked-off construction areas.
- These props strengthen the roadside presentation and make the site feel more structured and believable.
Construction Vehicles
- Dump trucks, bulldozers, and other heavy equipment remain placed throughout the motel area to support the active construction theme.
Cranes
- Large construction cranes continue to define the skyline and reinforce the scale of the build site.
Adjusted Access and Layout
- The layout continues to support better vehicle access and improved usability for gameplay, free roam, and roleplay scenarios.
Environmental Detail Pass
- Expanded prop placement, clutter zones, barriers, fencing, and construction materials for a denser and more immersive environment.
- Improved scene composition while keeping the build grounded within the Sandy Shores aesthetic.

@maxanton123 I am not at that skill level.
wonder if this is at all possible to turn into a normal building just like any other one, though i'm not sure how you handle objects that you cannot move (for example, piles of trash and other garbage and debris that is literally rooted into a whole map)
@iccldoe It is very much possible to move in game objects. I am not that skilled tho 😭
