As part of my initiative to make every single building accessible, I've made this mod.
It lets you enter almost every single apartment, house, mansion, motel, etc.
Everything IS Fully Animated!!!
- Features:
- 🏨 66 Low-End Motels, Apartments, and Homes
- 🏡 65 Mid-Ranged Apartments and Homes
- 🏰 64 High-End Apartments, Homes, and Mansions
- 🍻 Drinking mini-games (Wine, Vodka, and Beer)
- 🪑 Sitting in safehouses with blend-in animations
- 🛌 Sleeping
- 🌿 Accessible Backyards
- 🚿 Showering
- 📼 Spawn point setting

USAGE:
Go to one of the many newly added house blips.
Enter the apartment, motel, house, or mansion from the door (or back door if available).
INSTALLATION:
Drag and drop the scripts folder, inside the HomeOwnership.zip, into your GTAV folder.
CHANGELOG:
VERSION 2:
- Completely remade the mod from the ground up.
VERSION 1.2 (YANKTON UPDATE):
- Added two new safehouses.
- Made North Yankton load in / out when getting near / far away.
VERSION 1.1 (YANKTON UPDATE):
- Added a new safehouse in North Yankton.
- Decreased first time load times (- 4 seconds).
- Fixed penthouse showering position.
VERSION 1 (RELEASE):
- Added showers.
- Added sitting on the sofa.
- Added new safe houses (+3)
- Fixed Devin mansion gates not opening sometimes.
- Fixed being able to purchase properties even without sufficient funds.
VERSION BETA 0.3:
- Fixed not being able to set Mirror Park House 2 spawn point.

- Fixed more whiskey issues.
- Devin Weston gates now open, allowing for cars to be parked.
- Other fixes to the Eclipse interior.

- Fixed whiskey moving a little bit and completely disappearing in the medium apartment

@M8T Hey man, MPMaps doesn't seem to work on Enhanced. Any ideas for alternatives? Tried the other one too that lets you enable with a menu

@M8T But its really fun if you want to add some role-playing in your SP experience. The mod is wonderful, everything works fine. But I really want to have some property purchase experience.

Version 2 needs serious testing. I tried multiple properties in Vinewood Hills — seven houses had the exact same interior. Then I tried a property in another district and fell straight through the unloaded interior. MP Maps and all required dependencies were installed. On top of that, the property purchasing system from the older version was removed. 195 locations sound impressive, but duplicated or broken interiors make that number meaningless. Please test the mod properly before releasing updates.

I've tested the mod extensively with multiple people too.
If you're falling through the map even with requirements it's likely you got a conflicting mod that affects the game's map.15 września 2026 -
@M8T Hey man, the mod is really cool. Would it be possible to include the use of wardrobes, TVs, and radios in an update? It currently lacks those features—though your mod is the only one that actually lets you lie down properly in bed, sit on the sofa, and drink beverages. Oh, and if possible, could you make water come out of the shower like in GTA Online? I know I'm asking a lot lol, but—like everyone else—I'd love the possibility of buying houses to make it feel more like an RP experience. Really cool mod, cheers!
