First off i'd like to mention MagJake who very recently uploaded a mod called "Trevor the S.T.A.L.K.E.R" which ultimately inspired me to make this.
This has custom; Face, Jacket, Pants, backpack and gas mask textures for Trevor.

Download BlackBradHZ's Resident evil: Revelations 2 backpack
Install it.
Download this and install it here:
mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_two
Use a trainer to use the clothes
Also in the archive is photoshop document files of all the clothing textures and all the layers i worked on so if you want to edit it then you can.

Ok, so you didn't bother putting a quick guide as to what the name of the file is (for the model of the backpack) and also didn't tell us what to rename it when we do find it finally through trial and error lol @Butcher-2711 but still, thanks anyway! It helped a lot
Now, ladies and gentlemen, you might have downloaded that "Combined Setup US Marine Michael Trevor Franklin" file to get your hands on that sweet backpack model that'll go with this cool green survivor texture and now you're looking in every single character's "BACKPACK" folder as I did or maybe you just need to know which file to rename and what to rename it to exactly... WELL!!! THE BACKPACK MODEL used in THIS mod's screenshots is actually going to be found in "franklin (player one) >>> gunpouches " and it's going to be named "accs_013_u.ydd" what you want to do with that file is extract it somewhere (or hell, even rename it in the .RAR file if you don't plan on installing that actual "Combined Setup US Marine Michael Trevor Franklin" file bundle thing. ANYWAY, rename it to the following name... "accs_004_u.ydd" and drag and drop it in Trevor's folder in OPEN IV, that's it. ALSO if you haven't yet installed the TEXTURE file aquired from this mod, you may go ahead and do that now. It's the "accs_diff_004_a_uni.ytd" in the .RAR file so you see, "accs_diff_004_a_uni.ytd" is the TEXTURE which goes over the model named "accs_004_u.ydd" and that model is just that silly old Dock worker vest that TREVOR has to use in that one mission with WADE lol.
