Installation:
1) Download addonpeds
2) Put the files where they belong
3) Set up dlclist.xml
4) Use ]AddonPeds Editor.exe] and add New Ped (Streamed = False)
5) Apply gameconfig.xml from https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars if you crash with addonpeds in the dlclist.xml
or
1) Julio's ped oiv package installer for simpler installation
2) Apply gameconfig.xml from https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars if you crash with addonpeds in the dlclist.xml
