To install (Franklin): GTA V>MODS>X64V.rpf>MODELS>CDIMAGES>STREAMEDPEDSPROPS.rpf>PLAYER_ONE

Replace P_HEAD_016 and P_HEAD_DIFF_016 A-R with the files I've included for Franklin

To install (Freemode Male): GTA V>MODS>X64V.rpf>MODELS>CDIMAGES>STREAMEDPEDSPROPS.rpf>MP_M_FREEMODE_M_01_P

Replace P_HEAD_009 and P_HEAD_DIFF_009 A-R with the files I've included for Freemode Male

Then

GTA V>MODS>UPDATE>X64>DLCPACKS>MPPATCHESENG>DLC.rpf>X64>MODELS>CDIMAGES>MPPATCHES_P.rpf>MP_M_FREEMODE_01_P

Replace P_HEAD_009.ydd with the one I've included

REPLACE HAT MODEL IN BOTH FOLDERS FOR MP otherwise it won't work

Still trying to figure out how to edit the .ymt so you can have all 18 textures installed to 1 hat. If anyone knows how or wants to do it for me please do
