You need Open IV and a trainer to spawn the mod in the game.
In Open IV turn on edit mode and navigate to x64v/models/cdimages/streamedpeds-mp.rpf and delete the folder mp-m-claude-01 and then drag and drop the mod files there.
You can do anything you want with it just credit me (Lukakion).
