1. Download and open OpenIV and turn on Edit mode
2. Find this path: Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2017\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpchristmas2017_female.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_christmas2017
3. Drag and drop files (remember to do backup)! You can replace them with any other high heels to work.
