Being a big fan of NCIS: Los Angeles, I decided to make a texture of their bullet proof vest that you can use without any problem with LSPDFR during your raids etc...
You must already have the EUP mod to be able to install my bulletproof vest
Installation:
go to: "mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > eup > dlc.rpf > eup componentpeds.rpf > mp m freemode 01", folder
Replace the texture
Once in game, go into wardrobe if you're using menyoo or anywhere else to dress up the character and and select the seventh task/armour
Enjoy !!
