this mod gives to Fancy Style to some peds.~!
now they can show Colorful Stylish Trendy personality to others.
working around city, peoples will see them with envy and admiration!
also, i recommend use with modified popgroups,popcycle mod. it make more type of peds that you didnt saw include unused peds.

I followed your instructions as well as I could, but it doesn't work. What I didn't understand at all was that "patchday3->mppacthes mppacthes->patchday3" thing
how did you change to these colors? Which files did you change? did you make them more shiny? if so, how?
