No Kicking

No Kicking replaces standing kick attacks with punches during fist and melee fights.
Melee weapons swing instead of kicking.
Ground stomps on downed opponents and vehicle kicks are unchanged.
VERSIONS
Install only one gameplay .oiv at a time.
INSTALLATION
Important: Do not install multiple gameplay versions at the same time.

HOW IT WORKS
The mod edits GTA V's results.meta combat animation mappings, replacing standing kick animations with matching punches while keeping their targeting, sound, strike bone, and damage behavior.
There is no .ini toggle because this is a data-based mod. Installing or uninstalling the .oiv is the switch.
RECOMMENDED (OPTIONAL) MOD
More Gore - makes fights feel rougher by adding more visual damage, blood leaking onto the floor, and longer-lasting fights.

GTA V Legacy only.

- NoKicking Install.oiv - Removes kicks for both you and NPCs.
- NoKicking + Elbows Tweak.oiv - Same as above, but also replaces 4 frontal follow-up elbow attacks with heavy punches. Elbows against targets behind you remain unchanged.
- NoKicking + NPCs Kick.oiv - Only the player stops kicking. NPCs can still kick you. Experimental.
- NoKicking Uninstall.oiv - Restores the vanilla results.meta and definitions.meta.
INSTALLATION
- Open OpenIV.
- Go to Tools > Package Installer.
- Select the .oiv version you want.
- Choose Mods Folder.
- Launch GTA V.
Important: Do not install multiple gameplay versions at the same time.

I know there are already other mods that do this, but some of them appear to be outdated, so I decided to make my own version.

I got this and installed the version with the elbows but I've yet to see it, dope not kicking, but i'd love to see you work on more varied combos just like you did with that
