This file makes consumable items such as water, grilled meat, and snacks display their props during consumption animations when used through the inventory in the Simple Zombies [.NET] mod by Solla Holla.
The consumable props only appear starting from the second use of each item after launching the game.
Note:
This file does not work on its own. The original mod is still required for this fix to function. You can download it here:

Installation:
Make sure Simple Zombies by Solla Holla is installed and working correctly.
Simply place the ZombiesModFixConsumables.cs file into your scripts folder and start the game. When consuming items, the props will appear during the corresponding animations.
Changelog:
1.0 - No updates will likely be necessary.

@Zona Comics I don't use third part scripts, only our team's, so I won't be testing your script. When I first saw this page I had a da fuq moment because scripts can't communicate with each other (unless you decompiled simple zombies and had a hook to the relevant method and other technical details which are out of scope for this comment).
Then I looked at your .cs file and saw what you were doing - simply checking, on tick, if animations were playing by player. Very smart way to fix a poorly written script. Using native functions that check if something is happening are very powerful but of course can only fix relevant issues such as is player (or ped, or vehicle, etc) currently doing something - and you found the perfect use case.
Anyway, I will never use Simple Zombies (nor your script) but giving you 5 stars for creativity.
@lelac14 I really appreciate your comment. I made this small script for personal use, even though I didn't mention it in the comments. I've been using it for over a year, as well as others I've kept just for myself. If you noticed in the images, the Solla Holla zombie mod version is in my local language, Brazilian Portuguese. I decompiled and translated the mod myself, as I've done for many other mods. I'm still new to this, but anything that helps improve any mod is acceptable and very welcome. Thank you for your comment and the 5-star rating.
