This house has a rain ambient feture e.g. raindrops on the windows (inside) or water running down the house.
so let it rain when you are in the mood!
For a cozy atmosphere i made the interior a bit darker so relax!
This feature is based on "weather based YMAP". so choose RAIN or THUNDER with Menyoo, just go to the pause menu of GTA and back into the game.
now you should see a difference.

2. Drag and drop the folder "modern_wood_house_1a" in the following path "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks"
3. Go to "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data" open "dlclist.xml" and add the line "dlcpacks:/modern_wood_house_1a/"
4. Drag and drop all files from "ReplaceFiles" folder in the following path "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpapartment\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_hills\cityhills_02\cityhills_02_metadata"

@BigShaqNOKetchup New update has vegetation clipping through the ground in front of the garage, doesn't seem to be fixed by using the "ReplaceFiles" :/

Fixed it by taking "ch2_instance_placement.rpf" from x64o and replacing the file with the same name found in in the mpappartment folder found in dlc_patch in update.rpf

Awesome Mod! I saw in a earlier post that in order to remove the wooden fence i would have to delete the RDE and w something folder from my DLC packs. i dont have those folders. is there any other remedy?

Does anyone know why anytime I go to install it, and launch the game the game wants me to update every single time and wipes my dlclist.xml

I'm experiencing an issue where there is some foliage/plants clipping through the ground in the driveway and the pathway up to the house. I know there are some leaves on the ground that are actually part of the map, but theres other that clearly aren't supposed to be there. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and found a fix. I'm using this in fivem.

@KHQ To get rid of the wooden barrier in front of the gate, you need to install the replacement files; with game updates, the files to be replaced are no longer in the same location, so you must use the search bar in OpenIV to find the new locations.

I would like to clarify that the heart of this house is the night + rain ambience.
it should not be a huge villa but a "normal" house for 2 people. so do not expect too much!
Check it out at night because only then it unfolds all its atmosphere.
I would also like to recommend this mod, which serves as a nice addition to the house.
