This mod unlocks more than 16 apartments, Using a less than 30KB xml file with no scripts and performance decrease!
I know there is lot of mods that unlocks the apartments, But personally i've tried most of them and they lagged my device because of much blips, scripts, files.
The mod works perfectly fine and super fast, The elevators, Interactive objects work just like online and highly recommended for LowEndDevices and RP.

And as we know Menyoo Requires ScriptHookV.

Installation:
> 1 - Locate your GTAV folder.
> 2 - Inside it, Open the "menyooStuff" folder.
> 3 - Then open "Spooner" folder and drop the xml file into spooner.
>> 4 - Inside the game, Open the menyoo by F8.
>> 5 - Click Objects Spooner.
>> 6 - Manage Saved Files and select OpenAllApartments.xml from the list.
>> 7 - Lastly, select Load Placements.
You can find the white spinning teleport arrow object from the apartment(s) entrance.
The enterable apartments locations are showed in the mod pictures.

Small Notes/Bugs:
1 - Please dont click LoadPlacments while you are in a vehicle.
2 - Del Perro Heights sometimes glitches, Please commment anytime u glitch into it.

You might want to edit this statement in your description:

1. The apartments are not locked. They are all available in SP.
2. They are not in online only. You don't need to go online to enter them.
You can't access "locked" or "online only" content without going online. This is why trainers give you the option to go online

What your xml file offers are the coordinates for 16 apartments. You could put those coordinates in Menyoo and Teleport to them.
So your map is fine I guess. But it is all done in SP. Nothing is unlocked, nothing is GTAO/MP only.
@lelac14 Yeah, thank you for your suggestion but i made the mod for easier teleport because no one wants to go to a clipboard and keep copy/pasting coordinates just to teleport like minecarft.
