In an alternate universe, Trevor Phillips and Patricia Madrazo got married and moved to Trevor's old condo in Vespucci Beach, in which they started a family, having their son, Miguel Phillips.
Come to the Phillips Residence and see Trevor, Patricia and Miguel.
-Added objects and peds around the home
-Added two cars and barriers to provide as a patio
Bugs:
-Flags and plants may disspear when you look away but then will appear again.

-OpenAllInteriors

Installation:
Drag the folder "Phillips Residence" into your menyooStuff > Spooner folder
Any bugs that have not been said please comment.
