"Real California License Plates"
made by: outsid3r4
thanks to smokey for testing!
Package includes:
- present CA plate
- black/yellow CA plate
- blue/yellow CA plate
- CA Exempt plate
- Golden State CA plate
- Nevada plate
Installation:
- using OpenIV go to the \x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf and replace vehshare.ytd (only plates textures has been changed, rest stays untouched)
Plates are done 100% from scratch by myself. They are not some pimped out plates cutted out from internet photos. They are marked with present dates and keep overall V plates look.
I would appreciate if you would respect my copyrights. You also can't offer it to sell separately or as a part of mod.

Plates look great! No detail is too small when trying to recreate southern California in GTA V.
I made an OIV file for you to make it easier for people to install...
http://www.mediafire.com/file/eykb6myzw9uit4n/Real.California.License.Plates.oiv
I replaced the vehshare.ytd and nothing changed
@j00sh same problem! did you solve?
Does annyone else replace the venshare.ytd and check the plates and nothing changed ?
Does anybody know why this doesn't work anymore
Does this mod nolonger work?
@lay72 It's strange, I also made my own textures and added to the vehshare of the "mods" folder and the same textures are not displayed. I then modify the x64e at the root of the game and when launching GTA the Launcher asks me to update GTA and when I return to vehshare it gave me the default plates
@OdinPagan Latest updates might have moved the vehshare to patchday9ecng, or patchday27ng checking now..
@shifuguru Yes I found the same day, thank you
@OdinPagan yeah, just need to put it in "patch2023_01" dlcpack
@shifuguru thanks bro
@shifuguru which dlcpack is that cus I've tried patchday9ecng.
@50centfiddy it's \update\x64\dlcpacks\patch2023_01
nice 1
new path is Grand Theft Auto V/mods/x64w.rpf/dlcpacks/mpbeachdlc.rpfx/64/levels/gta5/vehicles/mpbeach/vehicles.rpf/vehshare.ytd
mod still works!
@DEMON_PLAYZZZZ Which route did you use?
@Revman Coolio did you figure it out
@Revman Coolio use EMF mod folder and replace the vehshare.ytd in there
