If you use a save game from the early game with a low completion precentage the door wont open even if you load a story completed game. You need to either restart the game with a save past the point where you unlock Trevor or use the added future with the horn outside the dealership .
-v1.5(waiting for approval by mods) Added .txt support , THE MOD NOW SAVES THE ADDED CARS (Up to 320 of them) AND THE SETTINGS and also added a fix for the door . Added further info on the notifications on the previus values when you go to change a value.

What is the point of stealing a car when you can not sell it ?! Well NOW YOU CAN , by going to Simeon's Premium Deluxe Motorsport you can list your stolen vehicles for sale. After a random amount of time when a buyer is found you will be notified that your car has been sold and you will receive in return a percentage upon the car's retail price.
-By visiting Simeon's office you can abjust the maximum time a car takes to sell and the percentage you get at the office right next door.
-You can list up to 60 vehicles ( upon request I can change this to any desired number, or add another spot to change that too from within the game)
-You can visit Lester at the docks to get you ADD-ON vehicles registered in the system and sell them like normal cars without leaving the game.
Futures to be added:
-More dealerships upon request so that each dealership specializes in a certain type of vehicle ( expample: one dealership buys only cars and bikes while another only bikes and another one only helis and airplanes).
Done-XML support so you can save your addon cars instead of registering them every single time. Along with the max time and retail value percentage. (if you are a modder that knows how to implement XML and/or init files please come in contact with me)
-Full name for the vehicles instead of the model name.
-The ability to buy cars aswell.
Kinda done-Props and peds inside the dealership/dealerships.
-Custom Sound files from within the game playing for simeon and Lester.(If you know how I can play audio files from within the game without exporting them and adding them to the mod please come in contact with me.)

Go buy the original game ! If for any reason what so ever you have bought the game and you are in an older version: If the game is crashing then this happens because some hash has probably changed with the game versions. If you want me to rebuild this mod for an older version of the game then please do provide me with the version number and a message that it is not working and i might rebuild it with the older hashes.

Add SellCars.asi in the main gta v installation directory (where GTA5.exe exists)
Add folder scripts within the main gta v folder (where GTA5.exe exists) along with all its content (meaning that one file , being either access to the dealership or to the dealership and lester's house aswell). If folder scripts already exist just merge the 2 folders together or add opensimeondoors.dll OR opensimeondoorsandlesterhouse.dll inside scripts folder.

@defiant Oyyyy. Been busy with irl stuff. I have a far superior version of this with a on of extra futures and a working dealership with actual listed cars than you can walk into and buy. At the end of february i might just release it. I need to clean it up a bit.

@THE PARADOX Hello, I was using the other mod as I have a low save game but I might try this one as it has more features and it looks like you look at your comments after I try out your mod, I will leave a review, and suggestions/ideas, I have a lot. they should be pretty ok for you to do judging by the fact you were able to implement add on cars.

Notices/Suggestions/Ideas: Now I noticed (when I was playing) when the car sells (3 things) 1.sometimes the car still sit on the car lifter even tho sold, 2. Simeon says "your special car has been sold" I'm guessing the idea was to say the name, since for add on cars too, you could have some kind of script that takes the name of the car (out of the vehicles.meta in a cars files) so the car would have named the whole time, and 3. I came in with a car, got told to register it, then I sold it, got 10500 (30% of the 35k price I put on it) then I took another car, and they let me sell it straight away and I got the same amount of money, which only means the amount was the same, now I'm thinking I could just keep registering the car with a different price, ok that's done, now suggestions and ideas, when a car sells, instead of it disappearing (or staying there in my case) when you put a car on sale, an interested buyer could actually come over to the shop, negotiate, buy etc.. and drive it out himself, it adds more realism and the cars actually go somewhere, I can't think of anything else but Private selling but this is Simeon Car dealership mod unless you can add private selling to it (the NPC being able to steal your car, etc...) Sell it wherever (alleyways, junkyards etc..) but that's just an idea outside of Simeon's, I don't think I have any more ideas right now, this might of been the longest comment you ever got, hope this was helpful, and good job on the mod.
@THE PARADOX After some more playing, I sold a car instantly and it sold for a different amount, so I don't know what to say then, it was maybe a coincidence and every car (that Simeon knows has its prices, hence with when I sold it, it came out with its make name "omnisi") so some car you dont have in the system and are not recognized i guess.
Registered one car at 24000 list price (from GTAbase). And then all unknown(?) cars sold for 4800 (sorry, didn't pay *that* close attention, some might have sold for more)
Then I emptied that file (SellCarsCardata.txt). And now it doesn't know the Coil Voltic, a base game car. :(
And something is broken anyway when two obviously connected files don't sync: SellCarsCarnames.txt remains empty when I register a car (because the mod never asked me for a car name… in fact, it doesn't even tell me what to write in the field that pops up).
And then… how's progress on the shiny new version you teased in January?
@THE PARADOX Hello, just wondering if you were going to update it like you said. I also wanted to know if you were going to make it more like the original mod because in the original it told you how much the car would be sold for and how much you would be charged for the damages and you had the option to sell or decline sale. The cars you were selling were also displayed in front of the store. It would be nice if you at least added the option to display the vehicles we were selling either in front of the store or inside the store. Or let us change what vehicles are displayed in the interior of the store, and give us more information on the money we're making with the vehicle we're selling. Other wise, solid job. Also want to let you know that your mod works with replaced vehicles. I replaced every vehicle in my game with irl vehicles and your mod works flawlessly so far. Hopefully we won't have to wait too much longer for that update you promised a year ago. Please add those features from the original mod :)
I installed the correctly but nothing is showing
I can sell my car but i do not get the earned money from it. i reinstalled the moad as well but same issue going on. Please tell me what i can do.

And another problem, even though I set up the percentage to 33% (in the simeon office), a coil voltic only get me 6k$. I can't believe a voltic is only 20k $ ?
Very cool mod, love the option that you can set your own percentage of the retail price. So you can balance this mod how you want. I go with 5% for now.

@The Paradox, Can you add a way to modify the base price of vehicles since the prices of most online cars are completely broken?
for example the Principe Lectro online price is $750000 but in single player in a different mod I have it listed as $9000. i would also like to list it as 9k in your mod and keep the sell percentage constant.
Perhaps if we took a vehicle to Lester that was already listed we could overwrite the price?
