Installation
Place WeaponsOnBack.dll into your "scripts" folder. You will need Script Hook V and .NET Script Hook.
About
Inspired from the "Equip Gun Mod" from GTA IV and various other games such as Call of Duty. The weapon you last used will be set on your back, but only the big "primary" weapons, so no pistols, melee weapons, etc. I always wondered where the player store his minigun? Up his ass?

how to drop it??, haha go to safe house, see wife, sleep it on my back all the time
I have a proble: after some minutes that i’m in game (especially when i exit from a vehicle) i lose the weapon in back...(it doesn’t happen ever...but somehow happen)
Hey, works great, can you make a version that displays the weapons in the state of decay/ghost recon style? there's a [mod](https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/gost-recon-style) that does this already but pickups is a hard requirement, which apparently crashes with game versions updated after mpgunrunning.
this a a good mod but seeing the weapon on ur back even though u are using the weapon can be immersive breaking. This zombie mod has a "weapononback.dll" that works the same as this mod but pressing T lets you take and put back the weapon on your back , a bit more realistic. Just use the "weapononback.dll" from this mod and press T when using double handed weapons

pistols aren't on your hip and if you switch from your weapon to unarmed then back to your weapon you will get the same weapon on your back that you're carrying, terrible mod
Absolutely love this mod. My only complaint is that you can be carrying an assault rifle and have the exact same one on his back.
Sometimes It's Bugging And Weapons Won't Show On The Back.

The Script crashes when entering a car and when trying to fix it it crashes my game. Any way to fix this issue?

I just realized that this mod haven't had any updates since then. It's such a shame to see it didn't receive any developments. Would be a great mod.
