There are 2 skins, one EMT and one Paramedic, you choose whichever you want.

SKIN INSTALL: Go to mods\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\componentpeds_s_m_m.rpf
and then search for s_m_m_paramedic_01.ytd
and install

HAT INSTALL: Go to mods\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\pedprops.rpf
and then search for s_m_m_paramedic_01_p.ytd
and install
