Same question here: How do I spawn it in Menyoo? I can't find it in "head".

You may create an XML file to be put in MenyooStuff ("Outfit" folder), so we can just spawn that face through the XML, without searching in vain the menu. What do you think?

Doesn't work.
After changing the texture after starting the launcher, an update pops up, after which the file turns into the original one, which makes it impossible to recreate the texture in the game.
I checked in x64v-->.. and mods x64v-->...
There is an update in the root directory, in mods the game starts without updating but this texture is missing.

@Premysl use mppatchesng to overrule 4NG.

I wanted to say that I have finally understood how to use these custom faces. You have to put the file inside the "mppatchesng" directory (mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mppatchesng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mppatches.rpf/mp_f_freemode_01).
Then, in order to spawn it, you have to open Menyoo and go to: "Wardrobe/Head Features/Shape&Skin Tone". You'll find the custom face under "Tone Inherited From Father" or "Tone Inherited From Mother". That's how you spawn it.
