The Ballas gang from the Grand Theft Auto franchise is a fictional creation, but they are heavily inspired by real-life African-American street gangs in Los Angeles. Their territory, color coding, and gang dynamics are drawn directly from the historic 1970s and 80s Los Angeles street wars.

I just discovered your mods, and they're absolute gems. All of your lore-friendly mods are exceptional! I highly recommend using them as added peds to bring some much-needed variety to gangs. Hopefully, you'll show some love to other underrepresented gangs like Marabunta Grande as well (since they only have 1 ped in the base game).
