LSPatrol is a small and lightweight police mod for GTA V Enhanced and Legacy. Play as a cop, accept callouts, shoot down or arrest suspects, perform traffic stops and call in back up.
Callouts range from bank robberies to stolen vehicles, you can customize the existing ones or write your own with no programming required for basic callouts. Traffic stops let you give a warning, write a citation (editable), check ID, or order the driver out to arrest. Call backup from a variety of options including local police units, armored police units, NOOSE, air support, transport unit, ambulance, firetruck and roadblocks. Modify how your officer look with the Locker Room and choose your vehicle from the Garage. Locker room comes with full GTA:Online style character customization and outfit management. Every keybind works on both keyboard and controller.
Write and share your own callouts
Create custom callouts with almost limitless possibilities or modify the existing ones to your taste. Callouts are just plain text files that you drop into the Callouts folder, no extra programs and no programming needed to create a basic callout. You can easily modify a suspect's behavior – when they surrender, or when they fight back etc. For almost limitless possibilities and adding full scripted scenes, you can create callouts with Lua. Share and download other user's callouts!
Traffic stops
Perform traffic stop by pulling over drivers. Give warning, citation (you can edit and add your own), or check their ID and vehicle records. Records can come back with fake ID or a stolen vehicle, you can choose if you want to detain them or let them go. Lookout for drivers who are uncooperative that can speed away or fight back.
Backup units
Call in your backup. Choose from local police, armored units, NOOSE, NOOSE Riot, air support, a suspect transporter, EMS, and fire. You or callout author can also add auto-backup to assist you from the beginning. Officers can react based on the situation (customizable). They will use stun guns when appropriate, choose weapons and shoot only based on the suspect's response, or customize them to go all out.
Roadblocks
Request a police roadblock that actually fully blocks the road (not the vanilla ones that blocks no one!) at a waypoint you set on map, or close off the road to traffic.
Arrest and Escort suspects
You can arrest your suspect yourself or call in a backup officer to do it for you. If you feel lazy, call a dedicated Police Transporter to drive and book them at the police station for you. Officers can also arrest suspect, load them into the vehicle and drive them to the police station as well. You can also walk with a handcuffed suspect by escorting them by the arm.
Full character creator
A full GTA Online character creator to customize your officer. Change heritage, face, hair, makeup, and customize outfits (save different outfits with the outfit manager). If you don't want to use the character creator, you can use the preset vanilla cop models or choose any custom ped model you like.
Garage and vehicle upgrades
Garage system allows you to pick your patrol vehicle and upgrade the engine, brakes, transmission, suspension, armor. Pick from the preset vanilla police vehicles or select any vehicle you like (including add-on cars).
Keyboard and controller support
Every keybind is rebindable and fully usable on a keyboard.
Default keyboard keys:
Customized in config.ini
Menu = F10
Accept callout = Y
Decline callout = N
Force callout = X
Quick backup menu = B
Roadblock = R
Pull up further = Z
Mimic me = X
Default controller keys:
Customized in config.ini
Menu = RB + D-Pad Left
Quick backup menu = RB + D-Pad Up

Decline callout = RB + D-Pad Down
Roadblock = LB + D-Pad Up
Pull up further = LB + D-Pad Down
Mimic me = LB + D-Pad Right
Force callout = LB + D-Pad Right
Customized in GTA V game settings:
Context (LSPatrol interact key, toggle duty, arrest, escort) = Vanilla default is E (check you game's keybind)
Enter and open vehicle for suspects = Vanilla default is F (check you game's keybind)

- Latest version of GTA V (Enhanced or Legacy), older versions may work but not official supported
- ScriptHookV (http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/)

@ComeFlyWithMe The modifier key is not required. You can change it in the config.ini to anything you like. To remove the modifier key, just put None.

@SloRey Thanks, I tried that, but pullover still doesn't seem to work even with a single key setup. Everything else works except that.

@SxniexEnhanced Possibly in the future, but since there's so many changes and new additions - I'm not sure an API is something I can manage currently or if its a good time for it now. I will look into it but I can't guarantee it.
@ComeFlyWithMe What are you setting your controller keybinds to? and for pulling over should still be your context button (mapped via GTA V's game setting), I have not touch that part.

can you change how you open the menu on controller? the same button combo opens up menyoo too
2 oktober 2026 -
@SloRey sorry, I’m confused. What’s the difference between ‘pulling over’ and ‘pulling up further’?
2 oktober 2026 -
@ComeFlyWithMe "pulling over" is for well pull over to the side of the road for traffic stop and check id and write citation etc, "pulling up further" is for when you pulling over npc sometimes npc stop in middle of the road or in unsual places instead of side of the road, that's when pulling up further is used, if npc still not smart enough to do it that's when MimicMe come handy so npc will follow you instead.
2 oktober 2026 -
@ComeFlyWithMe i think you confused between "pulling over" and "pulling up further" buttons combination, to pull over npc the button still single key which is hold D-Pad Right, it was pulling up further is using combo keys which is LB+Down.

@SloRey Thanks for your response. I’d like to clarify my idea because I may not have explained it correctly.
I’m interested in creating an optional companion add-on for LSPatrol. It would not replace or modify your mod, and LSPatrol would continue working normally without it. Players who want additional systems and alternative gameplay workflows could choose to install my add-on alongside LSPatrol.
The add-on would use its own code and files and could introduce features such as additional station interactions, expanded police facilities, AI conversations, and other optional gameplay systems. My intention is to build on the experience you have created while keeping your original mod completely independent.
I understand that an API may not be practical right now. I mainly wanted to explain the concept and ask whether you would be comfortable with an independent add-on being presented as an optional companion compatible with LSPatrol.9 dagar sen -

V0.4 (BETA) is out! - now finally with dispatch audio. V0.4 also bring the ability to escort suspects by their arm, full controller support now and various bug fixes. For users playing on older versions and updating, please replace the old callouts for the newer ones. For any bugs, please describe them in detail and what happened in order of event. This will help me replicate and identify the issue. Any bugs can also be posted to my discord where you can attach a screenshot or video showcasing the issue which would be extremely helpful.
