This program generates autofilled in dlc packs.. so no more setting it UP!
Instructions
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. In Dlc Name Texbox type your desired dlc packs name...
2. Choose dlc pack type Vehicle
3. Click Create Dlc and choose where to save it...
4. Drag and drop generated dlc pack in dlcpacks folder (located here: "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks")
5. Copy and paste dlclist into your dlclist.xml (located here: "rand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)
6. For vehicles dlc pack drag and drop tuning files ( .yft ) inside "dlcname"_mods.rpf
- Drag all files ( .yft, .ytd ) inside "vehicles".rpf
7. For vehicle dlc pack!!
8. If you have additional meta files like carcols.meta, etc., add to the dlc archive. In any case, delete the unused code from content.xml in order to avoid game errors.

@MIKgaming You can outsmart it by changing "vehicle.meta" and "handling.meta". You just need to change them with the same file they are supposed to replace. for example, I have a sonic 150 mod, it should change the nemesis. so, you have to change the handling and vehicle meta with the nemesis's file

When I use this for police peds dont recognize it as an emergency vehicle and dont yield, they also wont pull over when trying to initiate a traffic stop in lspdfr. I have gone through the vehicle meta and it has all the correct flags. For some reason after changing vehicle model name els log says that vehicle model is not valid which I am assuming is why peds dont yield. Help please. All the cars I put in the dlc spawn with a green pearlescent I cant take off also.

U know i gotta admit its ridiculous how many ppl make a mod that dont work or dont explain it well enough i feel this making a dlc should be so much easier then im seeing it lioe i spend hrsss looking thru forms videos and ppl r just so fucking stupid in follow all there's ways not a single one works and its like im someone wholl spend hrs trying to learn shit but god damn ive spent over prob a week or 2 now just trying to learn how to make a dlc with the files I got and honestly its pissing me off trying to learn like im really tech inclined i build project racecars no issues yet im struggling to undestand what goes where ive got all the files i need and understand them slightly all the metas files just got hopefully u can make that video i just wanna see someone do it successfully so i can follow along sweat_smile
@Nugthug77 Well in order to get the vehicles to spawn in game you need to make sure you correctly add the vehicle information to the vehicles.meta. You can drop files in a dlc folder but without the metas configured correctly it wont work. Find a car addon and take the vehicles and meta files out of it and use them to create your own dlc pack. If it still doesnt work then there is an issue with the addon creator and theres no hope. I had so many issues with this after hours and hours of trying to get my vehicles to spawn in without weird colors or issues I abandoned it and found a much better, simpler way to make any vehicle into an addon.
