- (SP Version) added another .ymap file (now all the props are removed and there should be no washed textures or blurry grounds)
- (SP Version) added another .ymap file (CARGEN Vehicles removed front & back)
- (FiveM Version) added another .ymap file (CARGEN Vehicles removed front & back)

Installation:
SP: Drag and Drop the 'sandy_mechanic_mlo' folder from the 'SP' folder into your Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks folder and add a line in to the dlclist.xml
FiveM: Drag and Drop the 'sandy_mechanic_mlo' folder from the 'FiveM' folder into your server and edit the server.cfg
altV: Drag and Drop the 'sandy_mechanic_mlo' folder from the 'altV' folder into your server and edit the server.toml
Usage and Permissions:
Feel free to use this MLO for your server or else. Do not modify any of the downloaded content (except objects) without my explicit consent. Do not upload this MLO to any other site without my consent.

@TM1195 @StonedWolf96 , The 'problem' is you have to remove the following files from the metadata folder to get this to work 'properly' in SP: cs4_05_long_0.ymap, cs4_05_strm_0.ymap, cs4_05_strm_1.ymap, lr_cs4_05_long_0.ymap, lr_cs4_strm_1.ymap. Strm and Long files always cause issues with SP maps I've found. They work great for 5M and I notice the majority of MLO's made here are for 5M but the map makers either don't know or forget to take them out when converting to SP. When you take those out though, everything works including the textures...except for the 'light pole' between the two gas pumps, the concrete base they sit on and those junk cars and tires come back inside the garage. The last two you can get rid of temporarily with Menyoo Spooner. A permanent fix to get rid of those is to find the props in Codewalker and $#!% can them making a new ymap in that spot. Nice mod though. It's the first MLO for that location I've gotten to work.

@LTG01 , Yeah, you have to take out the 4 files from the metadata file I mentioned to get this to mostly work....

for me and my team worked everything. We didn’t enabled MP maps via trainer.

@mark_ydr , by taking those 4 files out of the metadata I got your mod to work with MP Maps enabled. Don't include 'strm' and 'long' files for SP maps if you can as they always cause problems.
