No K9 units + No Fancy Cars for RDE 4 5.3

This mod disables luxury emergency vehicles and/or K9 units that were added with the new version of RDE.
Installation
Make sure you have the RDE modification installed.
Put "VehicleGroups.xml" into Scripts/SixStarResponse
Put "dt105interiordt105carpark.ymap" into update/x64/dlcpacks/rde/dlc.rpf/maps.rpf
Put all ".ymt" files into update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/scenario

Version 3. Edited roadblocks.
Version 4. Updated up to the newest version of RDE. Fix of USCG rappel issue was added.
Version 5. K9 scenarios were also removed. USCG fix removed since RDE team fixed it themselves No Fancy Cars option was edited.
Version 5.1. Hotfix. Scenario issue fixed.
Version 5.2 Scenarios Fixes
Version 5.3 Some more scenario changes
Please let me know if something is wrong. I think everything should work fine.
