gets rid of the awful copy and paste default spawn colours (rockstar doesn't care anymore) and adds plenty of primary, secondary, rim and interior colour variation all based on the real vehicles.
put the carvariations.meta file in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mp2026_01\dlc.rpf\common\data
use this mod to take advantage of the roof colours: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/gallivanter-warden-colorable-roof
tested in the enhanced version but should work normally in the original pc version too.
