add reflections & rexture helmet to more dark

add 2 options (with & without belt)

Truly awesome mod. Finally some proper SWAT lol :D It was always bothered me they having their glasses on top of the helmet :D

I don't get why you want to make the helmet black, it doesn't look anything like the old version anymore.
