-fixed the crash issue and adjusted the handling

- hands on steering wheel
- Correct Seat Position
- Working Lights
- Custom Handling
- Detailed Textures
-3d engine
-parachute as an extra
-wheelie bar
known issues:
-inaccurate engine collision
-inaccurate parachute collision
-broken handling sometimes makes gta crash(only on version 1.0)
mowerdrag folder goes to:
gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
dlclist.xml found at:
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Right Click on dlclist.xml then Click on Edit
Then scroll to the bottom and hit Enter to add a empty space.
Add the line dlcpacks:/mowerdrag/
to the dlclist and save then exit.
