After Updating Script hook v and .NET

@jedijosh920 I've installed the mod and updated my Script Hook V and .NET then press insert to load it and yellow icon appeared but when i press E it just keep loading and nothing happens!
any idea?
@JohnMc thanks foe helping :) i copied it to this path"C:\Grand Theft Auto V\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ and i surprised because i do not have it before but i could spawn it
another thing is there any way that i can open and close it's head light because it always open!:(
@alberto ciurcina i have little problem with one of the cars " tropos"
when i turn on lights the Head light's dont open but send out the light
Do u or anyone have this problem too?
is there any solution?
