@novan2001 have you turned up the settings yet? It will not change the graphics from Normal settings because the high and ultra settings have been altered to look like normal so crank up your texture settings because it will increase the engine power, and boost the performance of your game.
GtaAll didn't link to a correct site, the download on MEGA stops half way and bitches about bandwidth because MEGA went broke, and the torrent never loads and says it timed out even though my internet is fine and ive tried several times over the last few days. I know uploading 9 GBs worth of stuff into the internet isn't fast (at least not in shitty america) but please re-upload the torrent or a different site than MEGA. Much regards, Dek
