Do NPCs also play together without the player being involved ? If yes, then this could bring a serious touch of realism and lore ! In particular for people playing LSPDFR. A hood with no basketball game ain't a real hood ^^

Okay, so, like a few other people here in the comments, I'm playing LSPDFR. And yesterday, I noticed, as I was controlling a car in Davies that an npc, all of a sudden, had the thought of engaging in a brawl with a guy on the other side of the road (yeah, he ran like 20 steps to go fight with the guy), while two police cars were right in front of him... As it, imho, breaks realism and immersion a bit, and considering that's what I aim for,I tried to narrow down the mod from which this feature might come from, and I figured it had to come from this mod. And after a bit of testing it seems I was right.
From that point I had two options : either go with a World of Variety version from before the merging with Gangs of LS (I think 6.2.2 is the last one available before the merge), or mess a little bit with the files to see if I could set this "gang/riot/carjacking" situation straight, but still keep the changes made in the last version.
What I tried, is to open OpenIV, and go to . [mods->update->x64->dlcpacks->wov->dlc.rpf->x64->levels->gta5->scenario] and I deleted the [hood.ymt] file. Then I launched the game to go see the result. I went to the crossroads in Davies where the hospital is, and where before my "fix attempt" I had already seen a collective brawl of 5 peds and a carjacking. I stayed there an entire in-game night. Nothing special happened, which is exactly what I wanted !
It still needs extensive testing, and I will try to remember to come back let you guys know if this really works or not, but for any LSPDFR player who wants to enjoy World of Variety, without the "gang wars" feature, MAYBE this MIGHT help. I insist on the Maybe and Might because I am by no means a modder, and I am not giving any guarantee to anyone that this works. It's just the fix attempt that came to mind. You're welcome to test it yourself if you are in the same situation, but JUST BACKUP YOUR WHOLE [wov] FOLDER OR EVEN YOUR WHOLE GAME before doing so.
My bad, I had dropped the NativeUI.dll and .xml directly in the GTAV root folder. Seems I didn't follow the instructions to the letter, after all. Now that I placed it in the scripts folder, it seems okay for the few interiors I tested, at least.

So, the event of a random ped trying to steal your car when roaming in Davies... Does it come from this mod ? Any way to tweak that ?

Same that Sourenics, I play with LSPDFR, followed all the instructions to the letter,but no Blips, no new Contact in Phone, nothing.
