@Gang1111 I'm using the retail version and its okay cuz I downloaded it again and now my game if completely clean and ill be careful in the future not to change any game files.
@Gang1111 actually there is a file named launc.dll without a (H) in it and the remove tool deleted that but I downloaded the game again reinstalled it. took me 2d and 2h to download the game.
when I used the app it removed my launc.dll and my game is not starting now. please help, I forgot to copy them first then delete. i don't have the space to download the game again
