TROUBLESHOOT FOR PEOPLE WHEN PRESSING "L" DOESN'T DO ANYTHING!!
Make sure ScriptHookVDotNet.asi , ScriptHookVDotNet.ini , ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll , ScriptHookVDotNet3.dll is on the main GTA V Folder
and ScriptHookV.dll is on the "Scripts" Folder
Honestly what worked for me was having both in both folders lmao so you can do that too but for the longest time pressing "L" wouldn't open up anything.
