Managed to get this working after the update yesterday! Removed all my mods and my mods folder so it was a clean game. Then I downloaded the basics, scripthook V, a new OpenIv, and lspdfr. Also downloaded British police reskins for the cars and uniforms (made a mod folder using openiv and only put the mod files in this folder, not everything else) Loaded the game and everything works fine. Not tried custom downloaded cars/weapon addons yet.
