@MeliodasSama I have the same issue, I got past it by blowing up the car over and over and skipping, However now i have encountered the same issue during teh prep fro the jewel store heist, taking the loud option and the SUV supposed to be filled with SWAT guys is empty, try to get in and instant crash. I would assume the 2 are related. Hope this helps State_of_Mind to find what's causing it.
