@ghafed I was able to fix the problem but I'm not sure if you had the same issue as me:
In dlclist.xml I put the <Item>dlcpacks:\addonpeds\</Item> line before <Path> because I misread the instructions and thought it said to put it before <Path> and not </Path>. very dumb mistake, but after moving the line under <Path> the issue was fixed.
I'm having trouble getting this to work. I add the ped files to peds.rpf, i then add the ped to AddOnPeds with the correct name. the ped model name is cwflash and i put cwflash into addonpeds.
i then rebuild and when i click the model in the game it says its invalid.
i also made sure i have "<Item>dlcpacks:\addonpeds\</Item>" over </Path> in dlclist.xml and it's still there.
i know something is wrong because the default peds that come with the program (superman and vito) are also invalid.
