Can someone help me fix my vehicles, they are showing up with weird as textures and the lights arent working correctly. However, when i go to the mods folder and look at the vehicles they look completely normal but in game show up with a greenish blue texture and white lights.

Can someone help me fix my vehicles, they are showing up with weird as textures and the lights arent working correctly. However, when i go to the mods folder and look at the vehicles they look completely normal but in game show up with a greenish blue texture and white lights.
Once i remove the pistol from the holster it disappears and when I reholster the pistol it stays the same and nothing shows up. Any suggestions ?
How can i turn off the teleport key bindings for numpad, kind of annoying. I already disabled everything else.
