Got problem with the free character (both male and female) top clothes modification. The clothes wouldn't appear, instead the character image become broken apart. Is there any way to fix it? The bottom clothes seem to be okay though

Dear, is there any possibility to access the dealer shop? When I first installed it, somehow I was be able to go inside the show room which display super cars. But i felt to steal it, got beaten by the owner.
When i tried to load the game and head there again, the back door now was closed and unable to get in there.
Is there any update the could help with this? Go in and steal some super cars?
