Hi, I'm going to be getting Gta 5 on PC soon as I want mods and it's not easy to get them on the Xbox one. Before I start to look at the mods would I have to download any files or anything to run it through. I'm still not sure whether buy it or not as I have no idea on how you download a mod. Could any body help me please.
