@The_XXI and there's more few things. light_natural_amb_down_intensity is also brightness option. but i only fixed up ones. and two region. 1. global 2. urban. u must change two lines in each weather files

@Slash_Alex i think original VisualV is dark enough. isn't it? the way to fix brightness is same with what i did.
