I'v got a little problems about install :
The Author said this : Replace the cargobob entry in the vehicles.meta file (thats ok i find it) ,
but next : Extract the file, open it with notepad++
I can't open it with nothing , ive got no options , i try to convert it to .txt BUT i can't reconvert it in .meta .
Can someone help me please :)

Hi guys , can someone help me ? In the download you said this :
- And the handling.meta location:
Update/update.rpf/common/data
- Vehicles.meta location:
Update/update.rpf/dlc_patch/mpheist/common/data/levels/gta5/
But you have not put any .meta in the download . . . O__o
Please explain me the second part of install PLEAAAAASE :)
