UPDATE: when i take out that specific .dll gta v runs again. not sure why i was able to use this fine a week ago. i am using windows 11 pro if that has anything related (probably not)
@rasffe i used to use this enb on my old laptop fine but transferred to a desktop. Just now while trying to load gta v i get this message now:
c\windows\system32\d3dx11_43.dll is either not designated to run on windows or it contains an error. try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. [error status 0x000012f]
