Thanks for the reply! I got it working lately - I had your files in the scripts folder itself, not in scripts/raindrops. I saw that after trying out the automatic installation.
I have encountered some problems though: I have this mod installed through the mod folder method from OpenIV, edited x64e.rpf as described - cars in-game are having the wet texture, if I drive over dirt roads, it applies dirt on cars in addition to that. Problem is... every in my game seems to stay wet, the dry function doesn't work. What I also saw is, that when I drive in clear, sunny weather for a while, my car doesn't get dusty, it get's wet - it suddenly applies the texture of this mod. Funny thing is, that NPCs cars are also permanently wet, but not dusty/clean/wet according to the current weather.
I also tried changing some values in the raindrops.ini, reinstalling the mod didn't change anything on that topic. After all, the mod seems to be working, only the dry function and all cars being permanently wet, instead of dusty after driving in-game hours in clear weather, are not working for me. I have also checked my .log files of SH - nothing strange.
Any idea what the problem might be? For a heads-up: rated 5 stars :)
@GeorgeZhang Hi, there! I got a problem with your mod - I made sure that I meet every requirement in your mod description. I also tried reinstalling Community SH and NativeUI 1.7. My .log files don't show any errors.
My problem is, that the mod itself is working - I can create my own locations with spawns etc. - the menu itself is working it seems. Major problem is though, the gang locations do not show up on the map, the launch points neither show up. If I check my map in ESC menu, I can see "Gang War" in the maplegend, but the areas of the locations are outside of the main Los Santos map - I cannot even scroll that far. The locations seems to messed up - if I create my own, after saving it neither shows up. I checked the .ini files and checked ingame XYZ-location data and saw that the location.inis should be working.
What the hell is this kind of problem?
For a heads up: rated this mod 5 stars, because I know this one is great! I want to have it working here, too... FeelsBadMan
