@BockRottom The OIV can be opened with 7-zip. All the mod files are in the Content folder. The Assembly.xml tells you where the mod files go if you're not sure.
@djdmaze Interesting, I have none of those issues and my game is up to date. What breaks script mods like this that haven't been updated in a while is ScriptHookVDotNet. I'm still using version 2.10.10
We go through this with every update and it seems to be getting worse.
Everyone blaming scipthook simply doesn't understand how it works. Scripthook is trying to load your mods/scripts and because they're outdated the game is crashing. Menyoo is a known problem right now. Another source of crashing is the gameconfig, R* changed multiple parameters in the gameconfig that need to be updated to load your mods. So if you thought you could use an older "UNLOCK EVERYTHING 100%" gameconfig you thought wrong, that will not work.

@Lapis Had the same problem. The issue for me was caused by a modded rpf from LC Rewind map.

This mod seems to have instability issues with the new update 1604
If you go to Franklin's house in Vinewood you'll notice textures and objects are missing.

But I am 100% certain scripthook and the ASI loader are not the problem
